Central Tools, Inc. strives to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction. Please review the information below.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges for orders totaling under $100 are calculated based on weight and ship-to address.

Orders totaling $100 or more ship free within the continental USA.

Refund

Subject to inspection, upon receiving from customer. New, unused tools 100% refund for 30 days from purchase date (proof required).

Refund for the purchase price of tool only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refund will be made back to original purchase method only.

Cancellation

Phone cancellations only, must be done by 1pm EST the day of order, if ordered after 3pm EST order must be canceled by phone by 1pm EST the next business day.

Warranty

All tools and parts are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase (proof required) against manufacturing or material defects only. Subject to inspection. Abuse or misuse of tool/part is not covered under factory warranty.

100% replacement or repair of tool at our discretion, after inspection. Tool will be sent back to customer prepaid.
