If an estimate is required before repair work can be done, it must be noted in the paperwork sent in with the repair. To obtain a verbal estimate, contact Customer Service at 800-866-5287.
All Central/STORM tools will be repaired and returned UPS C.O.D. unless otherwise noted in paperwork sent in with repair.
Acceptable payment - credit card- check/money order - C.O.D.
Check/money order or credit card number can be included with repair.
Repair charge includes return ground freight. There is an additional
UPS charge for C.O.D., currently at $10.00 per package.

STORM Torque Wrenches
STORM torque wrenches are not economical to repair or service.
Defectives still under warranty will be replaced. Please return
the wrench to Central Tools Repair Dept along with proof of
purchase.
